We do not return single film negatives to customers.
Negatives will only be returned if a minimum of four (4) film negatives are received from the customer.
Time Frame for Collection:
Customers have a maximum of two (2) months to send in the required four (4) film processing orders.
The two-month period starts from the date of receipt of the first film processing order.
Discarding of Negatives:
If the customer fails to submit a total of four (4) film processing orders within the two-month period, any negatives received will be discarded after the end of the two-month period.
One-time Submission:
Customers have the option to send all four (4) film processing orders at once within the two-month period.
Return Postage:
Customers must pay for the return postage of their negatives.
Return postage must be prepaid by the customer before the negatives are sent back.
Notification:
Customers will be notified upon receipt of their first film processing order, including information about the two-month collection period, the requirement to send a minimum of four (4) film processing orders for return, and the responsibility to pay for return postage.
Buzz in '105' after 5:00pm to enter the building. No need to buzz in between 8:00AM - 5:00PM.

Grab an envelope outside, write your 4-digit order number, seal it shut by removing the glue strip cover on the back, and drop it in the door slot (big enough for a disposable camera).
