We highly recommend that everyone place their orders through our website. Upon arrival at the lab, simply provide the attendant with your order number to expedite the drop-off process 😊.

Upon completion of processing, a link to your digital images will be sent to the email address provided during checkout. Should you have received notification of your negatives being ready for collection but have not yet received the corresponding digital images, kindly inform our staff at the service counter, and we will re-send them to you.

Grab an envelope outside, write your 4-digit order number, seal it shut by removing the glue strip cover on the back, and drop it in the door slot (big enough for a disposable camera).
