Upon the submission of your online order, one of our team member will review the files you have submitted to ensure their compliance with the requisite specifications regarding size and resolution. Should any adjustments be necessary, you will be contacted by email and given the opportunity to review the files one final time. Alternatively, if no further action is needed, you will receive a notification indicating that your enlargement is currently in the preparation phase.

We strive to complete every enlargement the same day after processing your order. However, if we encounter any shortages of required materials, we will contact you to provide an updated timeline for completion.

Buzz in '105' after 5:00pm to enter the building. No need to buzz in between 8:00AM - 5:00PM.

Grab an envelope outside, write your 4-digit order number, seal it shut by removing the glue strip cover on the back, and drop it in the door slot (big enough for a disposable camera).
